Such a dreadful presumption. You may, in fact be feeling ‘well’, ‘happy’, ‘tired’, ‘ill’ or even ‘crapular’; ‘screamingly excited’ or just ‘fair to middling’ may be closer to the mark. But, surely A Higher Power would be the only being to judge whether you are 'good' or not….
