Watch Leicester

Posted by wilbach on March 24, 2007 4:41 PM |

stunning, adventurous play from Leicest...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz or follow these instructions:

 Ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry and free of loose material.

 Sand lightly to achieve a key (or surface) that will allow the paint to adhere cleanly.

 Apply the paint in even, smooth strokes, ‘hatching’ or 'feathering' the final strokes to achieve even coverage.

 Sit and watch until the surface is tacky. Then watch Leicester play. Then return, with renewed glee to watch the by-now-exciting-to-the-point-of-damp-trousers paint drying to a hard finish.

 Clean brushes in turpentine, turps substitute or similar.

 Vow to always loath Leicester as boring cheats.

Have you tried using a roller? Positively orgasmic!
wilbach asks (with some trepidation): what for?

It's been apparent for some time now, though nobody seems to be prepared to do anything about it -the standard of refereeing in professional rugby is disgraceful. The well known serial cheats, Moody, McCaw etc are allowed to slow the ball down at every opportunity, safe in the knowledge that their crime will go unpunished. Why can't the refs see it? They must be the only ones who don't! Perhaps specsavers should increase their sponsorship to include free eye tests! Bring back Derek Bevan!
Wilbach says: I am afraid to say I agree. I really do feel that the TMO should be allowed to advise referees of professional fouls or foul play at international level and possibly below. The global game has an apparent desire to make itself accountable and transparent; it has no fear of using technology (unlike its older soccer counterpart); it seeks to introduce more directives and initiatives apparently in order to referee the game to popularity (rather than perhaps seeking the opinions and advice of coaches and players). Therefore: use cameras to help the refereeing team in addresing the very incidents that outrage the publc; the very people the authorites seek to engage with and 'buy' the 'product' are being clearly shown incidents that are missed by the people who are supposed to be policing the sport. It is a conundrum.

Wilbach, don't be afraid to agree, you won't have to play against St Peters again!
wilbach says - that is one small mercy for which I am deeply, profoundly grateful! And using a roller is... awesome. Truly!
